Each preceptor will have the following information in her/his file with the College:
- All documents required for application
- Notes on location of contracts and evaluations
- Updated Curriculum Vitae or Resumé
- Updated license/certification
NOTE:Each preceptor is responsible for sending the College any renewed licenses or certifications, any new degrees obtained, details of any changes in clinical practice, or any other information which may affect her/his role or status as a preceptor with the National College.
