There are five basic steps in applying to the college, regardless of the program you wish to apply for.

  1. The first stage of the application process for acceptance to the College is to request an appropriate application packet from the College for the degree you wish to undertake. This is available as a PDF document either as a download from this site or as an email attachment from the College. You may also request paper documents from the college for a small fee: info@midwiferycollege.org

  2. Then, please complete the packet, including all materials and recommendations requested for preceptors and mail it with the $100.00 application fee, payable to the National College of Midwifery.

  3. Also include the necessary prerequisite documentation for both Student and Preceptors. This varies for each degree. Please check the requirements for each degree:
  4. The Student must also pay a once time Administration Fee to the College of $3400

  5. Accreditation fees for the first three years are included in the Administrative Fee: if a student takes longer than three years to complete the program, an accreditation fee of $150.00 per year will be charged for years four and five of the program.

Upon receipt of the completed application, including Administrative fee and The School Accreditation Fees, the Syllabus forms, Learning Objectives, Faculty Handbook , record-keeping and evaluation materials will be sent to the student.
